*Job Description – Manager, Operations (Soft Services)*
*Location* : Muscat, Sultanate of Oman
*Purpose of the Role :*
The Manager, Operations (Soft Services) will lead and manage the delivery of soft services across Client's company portfolio, including cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, loading & unloading, support staff, hospitality
services, and customer facing services. The role ensures service excellence, compliance with standards, and client satisfaction while driving efficiency and innovation in operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Service Delivery Oversight: Manage and supervise all soft services operations, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Responsible to manage end to end contracts, service delivery and operations.
* Team Leadership: Depute, train, and mentor staff across cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, and other soft service functions, fostering a positive and multicultural work environment.
* Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for clients regarding soft services, addressing and resolving concerns and building strong partnerships. Manage periodically customer surveys.
* Operational Planning: Develop schedules, allocate resources, and implement best practices to optimize service delivery.
* Budget Management: Prepare and monitor budgets for soft services, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
* Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to Omani laws, HSE regulations, and international facilities
standards.
* Innovation & Technology: Introduce modern cleaning technologies, digital monitoring tools, and sustainable practices to enhance service delivery.
* Reporting: Provide regular performance reports, operational insights, and recommendations to senior
management.
*Qualifications & Experience :*
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
* Experience: 8+ years in facilities operations, with leadership traits.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of facilities management standards, protocols, practices, and
customer service operations.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, multicultural teams and manage outsourced vendors.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

*Allowances* : Food and travel expenses will be compensated. Accommodation will be provided by the company for the first one month; thereafter, the candidate will need to arrange their own accommodation.
