💳 Return & Refund Policy
Scope of Policy: This Return and Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Abroaderz Sourcing & Services, registered under the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India.
Refund Eligibility:
- Service Cancellation: If the client decides to cancel the service before any significant work has been undertaken, a refund may be considered.
- Once services are initiated: If services have already been initiated or are under process, no refunds can be processed.
Refund Process:
- Clients must submit a refund request in writing to hr@abroaderz.com.
- The request must include:
- Client’s name and contact information
- Description of the issue
- Relevant supporting documentation
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 20 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Services:
Most services are non-refundable. Refundable services will be clearly communicated to the client before the commencement of services.
Changes and Cancellations:
Clients may request changes or cancellations to services by contacting hr@abroaderz.com.
Abroaderz Sourcing & Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for services that have already commenced or incurred costs.
Amendments to the Policy:
Abroaderz Sourcing & Services reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through the company’s official communication channels.
